When I was about eight years old, my brother and I were finished with our homework. We asked our mom if we want to go outside. She told that we can't. I asked her why. She told us that there was a man who drives around in an ice cream truck killing people. I went to bed that one night and I had a nightmare about that same man killing me. We've been waiting for a few weeks. After that, my mom told us that it was safe. I don't know what happened to that man to this day.

When I was 13 I started having suicidal thoughts, it got to the point that I'd regularly self harm when no one was looking. To cheer me up my grandmother bought me this very cute white outfit (white shorts and a white coat, I wore this with a white shirt and white shoes).I was very happy with it. One day my father picked me up from school looked at my new outfit and said (and I quote) : "White is the color of the dead, if you want to die so badly just do it already. I'm tired of you."
